Determine your home needs such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the size of your home in square feet and the size of your property. |

Visit a Sales Office
Visit a sales office to see the homes and communities offered by YCH Communities, L.L.C. |

Meet with a Lender
Meet with a mortgage lender to get pre-qualified and determine which loan program best fits your financial needs. See Mortgage Information. |

Review Loan Process
Review the loan process and monthly payment estimates including principle, interest, taxes, insurance and homeowners dues). |

Get an Estimate
Obtain a good faith estimate from a preferred lender to clarify closing costs. |

Choose a Community
Choose a community, floorplan and lot location with your sales person. |

| 7. |
Make a Deposit
Contact your sales person and make the deposit to hold your new home. |

Get a Preliminary Loan Committment
Contact your home loan lender to get a preliminary loan committment and good faith estimate. |

Secure Your Downpayment
Be sure you know where your downpayment is coming from to have it ready for your lender. |

Choose Your Home Options
Choose your home options with your sales person. |

Sign Your Purchase Agreement
Sign the purchase agreement with the copy of your pre-qualification letter from your lender. |

Provide Documentation
You MUST provide the necessary documentation to your lender for loan processing and underwriting. |

Get Final Approval
Obtain the final loan approval from your lender. |

Sign the Documents
Sign the documents and deposit escrow charges which are equal to the balance of the down-payment, closing costs and pre-paid costs. |

New Home Orientation
Make an appointment with a Customer Service Representative for a homeowner orientation of your new home and community. |

| 16. |
Closing the Deal
Recieve your loan funding, recording and closing information. |

| 17. |
Move In!
Receive your keys, homeowner warranty and MOVE-IN! |
